Bokajan College, Bokajan is an affiliated college of Assam University, Silchar and permitted by AHSEC which came into existence in 1991. The College is recognised and financially aided by Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Diphu. With student strength of more than 600 the college is veritable melting pot of diverse communities, Ideas and creativity.
Since 1991 Bokajan College has expanded both in size and reputation. The College offers H.S. (Arts and Commerce). There are 08 departments in the college offering both B.A. (Pass) and B.A. (Hons) to equip students with knowledge, skills, experience and confidence the benefits of which they can reap well into the future. There's no gain saying that in the last two decades of its relentless pursuit of academic excellence, Bokajan College has made gaint strides in providing better academic atmosphere and improved infrastructural facilities.
